Job summary

Queen Mary University of London invites two Digital Learning Officers to support and enhance digital learning across the Faculty of Science and Engineering. You will work with a collaborative Digital Learning team, helping staff and students effectively use learning technologies and QMplus.

We seek proactive communicators with strong problem-solving and customer-focused approaches, experienced in higher education settings and in creating training materials and user support across varied digital

Qualifications

• Passionate about using technology to enhance education.
• Experience with learning technologies and developing training materials.
• Experience in higher education and knowledge of learning technologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to academic staff, colleagues and students.
• Assist in using learning technologies including the QMplus VLE.
• Develop training materials, set up modules and support users with varying digital confidence.
• Collaborate with IT and educational technology teams to ensure a high-quality service.
• Help shape digital education and improve teaching practices and student learning.
