Experience designing and delivering professional development programmes for educators.
Ability to inspire and support educators in collaborative environments.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging blended content across academic programmes.
Integrate digital pedagogies to enhance educational practices.
Support development of active learning methods to boost student engagement.
Create an integrated training and development system including workshops, events and forums.
Contribute to scholarship development and evaluations, supporting initiatives like Queen Mary Academy Fellowships and the Festival of Education.
