Job summary

Orders of St. John Care Trust is expanding its digital learning team. We are recruiting a Digital Learning Designer to design and deliver engaging online learning for our care staff across Lincolnshire and Aylesbury offices.

You will work with subject matter experts to determine learning outcomes and develop a range of digital learning solutions that meet trust needs and drive competency. We welcome applicants from all levels and offer hybrid working, training and development, and a competitive

Location: Rabans Close, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP19 8RS

Salary: £30,000 per year

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday - Hybrid Working (minimum 2 days in the office per week)

We are now recruiting for a Digital Learning Designer to work in either our Lincolnshire office or our Aylesbury office.

The primary role is to design and develop creative and engaging digital learning solutions that enable our colleagues to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to become confident and competent in their roles. You’ll work with subject matter experts to determine the learning outcomes and develop a variety of learning solutions that meet the needs of the Trust and achieve the desired learning outcomes in the most effective way.
