Job summary

Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a learning professional to design and deliver digital training resources that improve colleague capability and confidence with patient‑care systems.

You will collaborate with project teams and clinical colleagues to implement new technologies across the Trust, developing video and web content and expanding services with your perspective.

If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to become a member of the Digital Capability & Training team at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.Reporting to the Digital Training Manager, you will design and deliver learning resources that improve the digital capability of colleagues at all levels of the Trust, building their confidence with the systems that support patient care.You will collaborate with project teams and clinical colleagues on learning materials that support the implementation of new technologies across the Trust.Our training offer is continually evolving to include new approaches, such as video and web content. You will have the opportunity not only to learn new skills, but also to help us grow and expand our services based on your unique perspective.Digital skills are the backbone of the future NHS, which means your work will help shape the care our colleagues provide to patients in years to come.Our team works hard to anticipate needs and develop solutions even before they are requested.
