Job summary

CDHN is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to strengthen community development and health by designing and delivering innovative training programmes. You will help promote community development approaches to tackling health inequalities and support the creation of accessible learning resources.

Reporting to the Senior Training and Development Officer, you will coordinate the digital learning hub, engage with members and partners, and monitor impact to inform organisational learning

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver digital and in-person training content by identifying needs and co-creating engaging materials.
• Co-facilitate webinars and in-person training with accessibility in mind.
• Set up, schedule and promote training opportunities and track learner progress.
