Job summary

NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership (NWSSP) is seeking a Digital Learning Support post to develop and maintain digital learning resources for NHS Wales. You will work with Subject Matter Leads to create e-learning content and provide LMS support for multiple user groups.

The role involves coordinating training delivery, maintaining documentation, and assisting in the deployment of new digital learning initiatives across the service.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-learning design and delivery.
• Delivery of training for IT or web resources.
• Ability to learn new IT systems quickly and maintain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support and project manage the Digital Learning resources for NHS Wales.
• Liaise with Subject Leads on clinical and non-clinical content.
• Develop documentation to support use of digital resources and LMS.
