Job summary

Agilico in Edinburgh invites motivated individuals to join our refurbishment centre as QA Apprentices, supporting the lifecycle of Multi-Functional Devices and helping cut carbon through circular-first services.

You will log and triage service calls, learn to use Vantage Online, manage parts and stock, and assist with refurbishments while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, sustainability-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of IT and basic tech concepts.
• Hands-on person who can adapt to hands-on refurbishment tasks.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve common issues effectively.
• Clear and effective communication with team and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Log, triage and manage all service calls using Vantage Online with accurate status updates.
• Raise purchase orders, allocate parts to jobs, and maintain digital records.
• Train to become a key user of Vantage Online and related platforms.
• Support diagnosis, repair and refurbishment of MFDs with digital record-keeping.
• Maintain documentation using Outlook, Excel and Teams for communication and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineers and workshop staff to prioritise tickets and parts.
• Assist with digital stock control and inventory reporting to identify discrepancies.
• Adhere to quality, health & safety and data management standards; ensure audit-ready records.
