Job summary

Yell in the United Kingdom is seeking experienced Business Development Managers to drive growth in our Field Sales team. You’ll hunt new business, tailor digital marketing solutions, and close deals with both new and existing clients.

You’ll manage accounts for up to 12 months post-sale, analyse data to identify growth opportunities, and benefit from a generous incentive structure with uncapped earnings and a car allowance. A full UK driving license is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Field Sales or High Performing Telesales.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections.
• Excellent presentation skills—both verbal and written.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable but not essential).
• A full UK driving license is required with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Hunting for New Business: proactively prospecting through self-sourced and company-provided leads.
• Tailoring Solutions: face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand needs and offer digital marketing solutions.
• Closing Deals: presenting, negotiating, and sealing the deal with new and existing clients.
• Client Management: nurture relationships for up to 12 months post-sale.
• Data Analysis: review opportunities to boost client ROI and growth.
