Job summary

Yell Ltd is seeking ambitious Business Development Managers to drive growth within the UK field sales team. You will hunt for new business, tailor digital marketing solutions, and close deals with a mix of new and existing clients to deliver revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales (Field Sales or High Performing Telesales)
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections
• Excellent presentation skills—both verbal and written
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS is desirable but not essential

Responsibilities

• Hunting for New Business: proactively prospecting through self-sourced and company-provided leads to open doors with new clients
• Tailoring Solutions: conduct face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand client needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions
• Closing Deals: present, negotiate and seal deals with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth
• Client Management: nurture relationships and provide seamless account management for up to 12 months post-sale
• Data Analysis: perform in-depth reviews to identify growth opportunities and boost client ROI
