Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct experience in A/B testing and CRO.
• Hands-on expertise with Adobe Target and platform setup.
• Advanced knowledge of UX data tools including heatmaps and session recording.
• Experience with user feedback/testing platforms (Lyssna, UserTesting, Maze).
• Strong quantitative analytics and interpreting statistical significance.
• JS/jQuery or CSS familiarity for advanced testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage A/B testing platform (Adobe Target) setup, governance, and documentation.
• Design hypotheses using analytics, user behavior data, and feedback to identify opportunities.
• Execute and monitor A/B and multi-variant tests with rigorous methodology and clear success metrics.
• Report testing performance and communicate findings to stakeholders at different levels.
• Collaborate with tech teams to ensure robust tracking and data integrity for tests.
• Maintain testing documentation, version control, and post-test archives.
