The Financial Times is seeking an Experimentation Analyst to join the Experimentation team within Insight & Analytics. The role supports tests analysis, shares insights, and helps teams running experiments across the business.

You will work with multiple data sets, advocate best practices, and contribute to quarterly newsletters. A strong statistical background and advanced SQL skills are essential, with a collaborative, stakeholder-facing mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Analyst experience and strong data skills.
• Advanced SQL skills and a solid statistical background.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Ability to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide test analysis and test support to stakeholders across the business.
• Support embedded analysts in conducting tests on the ground.
• Be the primary contact for testing BAU questions.
• Assist teams with pre-test metric evaluations, post-test analyses, documentation and regular stakeholder communication.
• Help to establish best practices and maintain consistency in experiment reporting.
• Advocate for an experimentation culture, align with FT’s goals, and collaborate with L&D.
• Help the team keep track of the multiple work streams and tests.
• Contribute ideas and content to the quarterly Experimentation newsletter.
