Job summary

British Airways is seeking a Digital Experimentation Lead to own and expand the experimentation programme across ba.com and our app. You will lead a small team, influence product and tech partners, and drive data-driven decisions that improve customer experience and incremental revenue.

You will collaborate with product, technology and agency partners to build and run tests, optimise the use of Adobe Target, and champion a culture of curiosity and experimentation across the Digital organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading A/B and multivariate tests in high-traffic ecommerce.
• Proven track record building and scaling an experimentation programme.
• Strong statistical analysis and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy for validating new features and measuring customer impact.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on a backlog of experiments with reliable data.
• Work with agency partners and internal developers to build experiments.
• Build communities of practice around experiment build and analysis.
• Ensure product-led growth metrics are attributable to changes.
• Oversee the programme to prevent operational integrity issues.
• Partner with Adobe Target to maximise tool value.
• Foster a culture of curiosity and experimentation across teams.
