Job summary

British Airways is seeking a Digital Experimentation Lead to own and grow our experimentation program across ba.com and the app. You’ll lead a small team, drive tests from strategy through analysis, and link insights to customer impact and revenue.

You’ll partner with Product, Technology and agencies to migrate to new tools, champion experimentation, and build a culture of curiosity across digital teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running A/B and multivariate tests in high-traffic environments.
• Ability to lead experimentation at scale with reliable data and insights.
• Strong statistical analysis and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern our experimentation programme across ba.com and the app.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and developers to design tests with clear goals.
• Analyze results, document learnings, and share insights with stakeholders.
• Lead a small team and foster communities of practice around experimentation.
• Partner with agencies to migrate to new tech and maximize tool value.
• Ensure tests align with customer needs and commercial goals.
