Based between our Headington campus and home working, and reporting to the Web and Digital Content Manager, the Digital Content Officer will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the quality of content within Oxford Brookes University's Student Experience portal (ServiceNow) and staff intranet. Working closely with the Senior Student Communications Officer, ServiceNow platform team, and key internal stakeholders, you will deliver targeted staff training, carry out content quality assurance, lead digital development projects, and conduct in-depth user research to ensure an optimised digital experience for students and staff.
This is a full time, fixed term role for 18 months.
The role sits within the Strategic Marketing and Communications department, part of the Marketing, Recruitment & Engagement (MRE) Directorate. The team works to advance the profile and reputation of Oxford Brookes University and support strategic student recruitment and digital engagement. The directorate collaborates closely with academic faculties and professional services across the University, as well as external media agencies and prospective students, driving ambitious strategies to broaden access and enhance Oxford Brookes' standing as a leading global university.
