Warwick Students’ Union is seeking a part-time Website Content Coordinator to lead the redevelopment of its website content, ensuring it is user-centred, accessible and aligned with brand during a major digital transformation.
You will audit, rewrite and create content, working with departments to simplify information for students and manage transitions to the new CMS platform.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in reviewing, rewriting and creating engaging website content that helps students find information quickly, access services easily and connect with everything Warwick Students' Union has to offer.
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation and the website project team, you will ensure website content is clear, accessible, accurate and reflects the needs of our diverse student community. You'll also help establish sustainable content management processes that will support the website long after the project is complete.
What’s on offer:
Salary: Pro-rated £16,988 to £18,911 (full-time equivalent salary -£29,729 TO £33,093). Plus excellent benefits including holidays and a contributory pension scheme.
Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week. Some evening or weekend work will be required from time to time and will be agreed in advance.
Location: Warwick Students' Union, University of Warwick Campus.Hybrid working arrangements may be available subject to business needs.

MAIN PURPOSE FOR ROLE: To lead the review, redevelopment and
creation of website content as part of Warwick Students' Union's website transformation project.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation and the website project team, the postholder will audit existing content, develop engaging and accessible new content, and ensure all website copy reflects user needs, research insights and Warwick SU's brand.
The role will play a key part in delivering a modern, user-focused website that improves the student experience while establishing sustainable content management practices to support the website beyond the project.
