  • Manage tracking documents for products not on site, communicating and following up to ensure the timely launch of newness to the sites.
  • Support Site Merchandisers with all product catalogue upload activity and visual merchandising for the websites.
  • Assist with the timely preparation and execution of seasonal sale and promotional activity.
  • Validate site updates and email activity prior to go‑live, ensuring correct messaging and linking in line with agreed strategy.
Reporting, Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Support daily and weekly reporting against site metrics and key KPIs, ensuring actions are taken each week to drive incremental conversion and sales.
  • Produce ad‑hoc and post‑event analysis of key site activity, identifying actionable insights.
  • Proactively develop and maintain effective working relationships with the US Web Merchandising, Web Production and Buying teams, sharing best practice and identifying conversion-driving opportunities.
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication with the Digital Commerce team and wider Ecommerce team, contributing proactively to team meetings.
You’ll Need to Have:
  • Around two years' experience in an ecommerce role, ideally within an international retail environment.
