Job summary

Wiltshire Police, a public-sector police service in the United Kingdom, is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of complex digital, data and technology products and services. You will oversee multiple teams, manage risks, and champion Agile and hybrid delivery approaches to deliver value for officers, staff and the public.

You will work across the DDaT Services team, shaping modern delivery practices, ensuring governance, and driving transformation that supports safer

Qualifications

Experience delivering complex, high-risk digital, data and technology programmes or services.
Strong relationships with senior stakeholders in complex environments.
ITIL 4 Foundation and Managing Professional certifications or equivalent delivery certifications.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of complex, high-risk digital, data and technology products and services.
Provide leadership across multiple delivery teams and programmes with clear priorities and direction.
Act as senior escalation point for delivery risks, dependencies and issues, removing blockers.
Establish delivery governance with transparency and assurance for senior leaders.
Work with business users and other DDaT teams to align delivery plans to priorities.
Champion Agile, Lean and hybrid delivery methods to achieve outcomes.
Provide insight and reporting on delivery performance, costs, risks and benefits.
Coach and develop delivery professionals to build high-performing teams.
