Job summary

Surrey Police is seeking a Business Change Manager to lead change initiatives, embed new processes and ensure benefits realisation. You will work with senior leaders to drive adoption while maintaining service continuity and governance across programmes.

The role focuses on business readiness, training, communications and cultural change to enable successful implementation within the force and its partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering change programs/projects with clear business impact.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior leaders across the organisation.
• Ability to define, implement and measure business change in large groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead business change activities to embed new processes, systems and culture.
• Coordinate change networks and champions to support transition and adoption.
• Ensure BAU continuity during transitions and capture organisational learnings.
• Collaborate with People Services to embed change methodology across projects.
• Provide coaching to senior stakeholders and SROs on change sponsorship.
