Job summary

Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to drive technology change across the organisation. You will collaborate with Salesforce, Data Integration, Engineering and business teams to deliver user-focused solutions.

In this hybrid role you’ll move between discovery, analysis and delivery, running workshops, mapping processes and refining user stories to support major releases. You’ll help ensure technology delivers real value for users.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in technology, digital, systems or change projects.
• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements, user stories and process flows.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement and requirements elicitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyse and document business requirements for Salesforce enhancements, integration services and technology solutions.
• Support Agile delivery by refining epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog items.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to understand challenges, user needs and future processes.
• Analyse business processes, Salesforce data and user feedback to support process mapping and gap analysis.
• Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers and QA to ensure requirements are understood and tested.
• Document end-to-end business processes, data flows and integration requirements.
• Identify gaps, risks or inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Produce user stories, process maps and requirements catalogs with clear documentation.
• Support testing and UAT to ensure solutions meet needs.
• Follow BA standards and contribute to template/tool improvements.
