Job summary

Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity is seeking a Business Analyst to deliver technology change across the organisation. You will work within the Technology Delivery team, collaborating with Salesforce, Data Integration, Engineering and business teams to create user-focused solutions that truly work.

The role spans discovery, analysis and delivery, running workshops, mapping processes, refining user stories with developers and supporting testing ahead of major releases.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements, user stories and process flows.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyse and document business requirements for Salesforce enhancements and integration services.
• Refine epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog items for Agile delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to capture needs and future processes.
• Analyse processes and data to support process mapping, gap analysis and improvements.
• Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, UX, QA and technical teams to ensure delivery.
• Document end-to-end business processes, data flows and integration requirements.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies and provide actionable recommendations.
• Produce clear documentation including user stories, maps and guides.
• Support testing and validation activities including UAT.
• Follow BA standards and contribute to template/tool improvements.
