Job summary

Harrods is seeking a Category Manager to join our Online Trade team in London. You will develop and deliver the digital trading strategy across your category, using customer insight, market analysis and benchmarking to drive sustainable growth and robust financial targets.

You will partner with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, CRM, Product, UX and Technology to shape category plans, optimise assortment and stock, enhance customer conversion, and lead the Trade team to implement impactful

Qualifications

You are an experienced Category Manager with digital trade experience and a proven track record of driving category performance and delivering sustainable business growth.
You bring strong digital awareness and use customer and market insights to identify opportunities.
You are a confident people leader with ability to build and develop high-performing teams while fostering accountability and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver the digital trading strategy across your category to drive sales, margin and EBITDA.
Shape category plans, optimise assortment, merchandising, stock availability and conversion using analytics.
Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, CRM, Product, UX, Technology and cross-functional stakeholders to execute impactful campaigns.
Lead and coach the Trade team, champion process improvements and align objectives with wider digital strategy.
