Job summary

Hoople Group is seeking an experienced TEC Delivery & Development Practitioner to deliver and develop technology-enabled care services across Herefordshire. The role combines frontline assessment and installation with service development and remote monitoring to inform care decisions.

You will work across multiple TEC products, interpreting monitoring data, and communicating findings to adults, carers and professionals while maintaining a field-based caseload and safeguarding commitments.

Qualifications

Practical hands-on experience installing TEC equipment in clients' homes.
Ability to assess needs, risks and outcomes using a strengths-based approach.
Experience interpreting daily activity data and communicating findings clearly.
Strong communication with adults, carers and professionals.
Organised, able to manage a varied field-based caseload.

Responsibilities

Manage referrals and complete TEC assessments with adults and carers.
Install, configure, test, fault-find and demonstrate TEC equipment in homes.
Set up and review daily activity monitoring and present clear evidence of changes.
Contribute to equipment evaluation, projects, training and stock management.
