Job summary

• Ability to own customer inquiries from start to resolution with a friendly, efficient service.

• Be the first point of contact in Branch Customer Service Team and own customer needs.
• Educate customers on HSBC digital services and fraud awareness.
• Identify vulnerable customers and determine best support.
• Assist customers with complex banking needs to ensure they feel supported.
