Making Space Charity invites applications for a hybrid role based at our head office in Warrington to lead digital adoption across the organisation, ensuring new systems and Microsoft 365 tools deliver value to colleagues and the people we support.
You will train staff, manage a Digital Adoption Trainer, travel to other sites, and work with suppliers to embed digital change. The role requires experience in technology adoption or change management, and a pragmatic, outcomes-focused approach.
We have an opportunity available to lead digital adoption across Making Space, ensuring new systems, Microsoft 365 tools and digital ways of working deliver real value for colleagues, services and the people who draw on our support.
This hybrid role is based at our head office in Warrington, with travel to Making Space locations as required to understand service needs, deliver training and support implementation activity.
Salary £44,250 per annum

We have recently launched a Digital Transformation Programme, which includes introducing, replacing and improving several systems used across the organisation. In this role, you will lead a user-centered approach to adoption, training and communication so that colleagues understand the change and feel supported to use new digital tools confidently. The scope of the programme also includes general digital upskilling, including in the use of Microsoft 365 tools.
You will work closely with operational services, central teams, suppliers and project colleagues to understand user needs and barriers, to plan and deliver effective training, and to help embed digital change in a sustainable way.
Candidates must have experience of supporting technology adoption, business transformation or change management and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, business system adoption and digital skills development.
You will be organised, pragmatic and outcome-focused with the ability to manage several workstreams, while keeping people and user experience at the centre of your approach. You must have the ability to travel to Making Space locations across England as required.
