Making Space is seeking a Digital Adoption Trainer to design and deliver accessible training on Microsoft 365 and new digital tools. This hybrid role is based at our Warrington head office with travel to other locations to support implementation.
You will create guides, deliver practical sessions, and tailor training to colleagues with varying levels of digital experience, ensuring learning is clear, relevant and supportive.
We have an opportunity available for a Digital Adoption Trainer to support our colleagues as we introduce and improve the digital tools that help us deliver great services.
This hybrid role is based at our head office in Warrington, with travel to Making Space locations as required to deliver training, understand service needs and support implementation activity.
Salary £31,247 per annum
Hours 39 per week

We have recently launched a Digital Transformation Programme, which includes introducing, replacing and improving several systems used across the organisation. In this role you’ll design and deliver accessible training, create clear guidance and resources, and provide hands-on support so colleagues can use Microsoft 365, business systems and new digital ways of working safely and effectively.
You’ll work closely with teams across the organisation, listen to what people need, and help make digital change feel simple, inclusive and manageable.
Candidates must have experience of helping colleagues to use Microsoft 365 tools and business systems. Experience creating guidance materials is also essential.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills. They will be able to adapt their approach for colleagues with different levels of digital experience, ensuring learning feels relevant, accessible and supportive.
You must have the ability to travel to Making Space locations across England as required.
