Job summary

Making Space Charity is recruiting a Service Manager to lead our Supported Living division across Cheshire East and Cheshire West. You will oversee six services, drive safety and quality, and manage the local teams while maintaining strong relationships with families and commissioners.

The role requires a Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards it, and regular travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards within an agreed timeframe).
• Experience leading a team in a care setting.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to join our Supported Living division across Cheshire East and Cheshire West, with responsibility for the operational management and leadership of six services.
The successful candidate must have access to their own transport, as regular travel between the services across Cheshire East and Cheshire West is an essential requirement of the role.
Salary £37,854.47 per annum
Hours 39 weekly

Candidates must have a Level 4 (or equivalent) Diploma in Health and Social Care (or the willingness to work towards in an agreed time- frame) and have previous experience of leading a team in a similar care setting.
