Job summary

Juol Partners is recruiting a Territory Manager for London and the South East, targeting Biomedical Scientists moving from the lab to a commercial role. You will provide technical credibility to NHS trusts and private labs, and receive structured onboarding with senior mentorship.

The role focuses on consultative technical selling within a diagnostic portfolio, building relationships with lab managers and procurement teams while developing territory plans and managing pipelines.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered Biomedical Scientist, Band 5 or above
• Hands-on bench experience in molecular, microbiology or immunology
• Genuine interest in moving from lab to technical sales
• Ability to explain complex technical detail to clinical and commercial audiences
• Self-motivated, well organised, able to manage a territory
• Based in or around London or the South East, with a full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing accounts across NHS trusts, private hospital networks and clinical laboratories in the region
• Delivering consultative technical presentations and demonstrations across the diagnostic portfolio
• Using laboratory experience to map customer workflows to solutions
• Identifying new opportunities, managing pipeline and contributing to NHS tenders and renewals
• Building long-term relationships with Biomedical Scientists, Laboratory Managers, Clinical Leads and Procurement
• Collaborating with internal technical support, product management and field applications
• Developing territory plans, forecasting and feeding back on market activity
