Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for UKI to drive growth of complex total solution opportunities in clinical markets. You will build strategic relationships across NHS networks and win end‑to‑end tenders while overseeing long‑term contracts.

You will engage with senior leaders to promote positive business outcomes, travel up to 50% within the territory, and lead cross‑functional teams across sales, applications and service.

Qualifications

Detailed knowledge of NHS Pathology Networks in England, Scotland, Wales & Ireland.
Strong sales skills with ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and negotiate.
Experience working in cross‑matrix environments to drive sales with multiple teams.
Hunter mentality and ability to close high‑value contracts.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the growth of managed service contracts within UKI.
Develop and manage large complex total solution opportunities and win end‑to‑end tenders.
Support the sales cycle for MSC customers from presales to renewals.
Map and align with consolidation of networks and laboratories, owning a key account.
Engage with senior leaders and C‑suite to promote business outcomes.
