Overview

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Diagnostic Vehicle Technician / Mechanic within a well‑respected car retailer, located in Bury. Our automotive client has a need for a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

Duties
  • Carrying out servicing and repairs to a variety of vehicles
  • MOT testing
  • Performing diagnostic testing to identify vehicle faults
  • Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards
Requirements
  • A fully qualified diagnostic vehicle technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • A current and valid UK driving licence
  • Dedicated and committed approach

The salary of this role is up to £43,000 basic.

Hours of work in this diagnostic vehicle technician role are Monday‑Friday 08:30‑17:30 + alternate weekend day (42 hours, overtime available).
