A busy franchised dealership in Oxford is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Technician to join their established workshop team. The role involves servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards, as well as diagnostic work on various vehicle systems. Candidates should hold a Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and possess a clean UK Driving Licence. The position offers a basic salary of £41,000 with on-target earnings of £49,800 alongside an excellent benefits package including paid overtime and manufacturer training.

Our client, a Busy Franchised Dealership in Oxford, has the requirement for an experienced Diagnostic Technician / Vehicle Technician to join their established workshop team.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure Servicing & Repairs are carried out to Manufacturer Standards
  • Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements
  • In depth Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics
  • Provide Technical Expertise to the workshop team
  • Warranty Repairs
Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance
  • Manufacturer Diagnostic Accreditation or equivalent
  • Full and clean UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements:

  • Hybrid/EV Qualification
  • MOT Licence (Class 4 & 7)
