Duties:
- Conduct complex diagnostic, warranty, servicing, and repair work to a high standard
- Utilise advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve challenging faults
- Perform repairs on electric and hybrid vehicles where qualified, ensuring safety and efficiency
- Follow manufacturer guidelines, technical procedures, and health & safety standards
- Collaborate with the workshop team to meet departmental targets and uphold high standards of workmanship
- Keep up to date with the latest manufacturer training, technical innovations, and vehicle technologies
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on quality and professionalism
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Proven experience as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician or Diagnostic Mechanic preferred
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills
- Proficiency with modern diagnostic equipment and technician software
- Ability to follow manufacturer processes and maintain safety standards
- An enthusiastic team player with a desire to develop skills and progress in their career
- EV experience or qualifications are desirable but not essential, as ongoing training is provided
- Experience across multiple automotive brands is advantageous
