Qualifications

• Essential: Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance.
• Manufacturer Diagnostic Accreditation or equivalent.
• Full and clean UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing & repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Perform in-depth electrical & mechanical diagnostics.
• Provide technical expertise to the workshop team.

Our client, a Busy Manufacturer Owned Franchised Dealership in Watford have the requirement for experienced Diagnostic Technician / Vehicle Technician to join their established workshop team

Diagnostic Technician / Vehicle Technician Responsibilities

As a Diagnostic Technician / Vehicle Technician responsibilities will include:

Ensure Servicing & Repairs are carried out to Manufacturer Standards
Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements
In depth Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics
Provide Technical Expertise to the workshop team
Warranty Repairs

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance
Manufacturer Diagnostic Accreditation or equivalent
Full and clean UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements:

Hybrid/EV Qualification
MOT Licence (Class 4 & 7)

Basic Salary of £37,000 DOE
On Target Earnings of £45,000
