UHDB is seeking a Pathway Team Leader for the Diabetes Outpatients service. You will manage a team, coordinate outpatient pathways and liaise with clinicians and nursing teams to ensure timely appointments and efficient service delivery.

The role requires experience in team leadership, outpatient administration and proficiency with Lorenzo/e-RS systems, with strong IT literacy and organisational skills. Flexible/ hybrid working arrangements may be discussed.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in patient administration including Outpatients.
• Experience in line management and people management.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Lorenzo and e-RS systems.
• Strong IT literacy and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

Aufgaben

• Collate data and produce reports.
• Coordinate outpatient appointments and clinics with clinicians and nursing teams.
• Provide administrative advice to the business unit.
• Demonstrate understanding of Lorenzo within the outpatient environment.
• Support development of the service and undertake training responsibilities.
• Ensure training and development of the team is ongoing.
