Job summary

A leading technology recruitment agency is seeking middle and senior DevOps Engineers for a 6-month remote contract. Candidates should have a strong background in platform engineering with skills in Azure/AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines. You will be responsible for building and maintaining cloud platforms and working in agile teams. Preference is for candidates with GRIFFIN ESC clearance. This role falls inside IR35 regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in platform engineering.
• Experience with Azure/AWS, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and VCS (GitHub).
• Ability to demonstrate end-to-end delivery using ITIL frameworks.

Job description

DevOps Engineers (middle and senior) - Remote - 6 months contract (Apply online only) per day inside IR35

If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service) - preference is for a contractor holding a GRIFFIN ESC clearance

As part of the team, you'll be empowered to:

• Build and maintain cloud platforms with a high degree of focus on technical reuse, standardisation and blueprints; think code first rather than "ClickOps"
• Embrace modern ways of working and feel part of our customer's outcomes as we group around activities in agile type sprints.

Your skills and experience

A proven track record in platform engineering, particularly with: Azure/AWS, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and VCS (GitHub). Can demonstrate tangible experiences of end-to-end delivery using ITIL frameworks. A background in infrastructure and networking would be advantageous, as would experience working in an Agile manner.
