Thales in Glasgow is offering a 3-year Development Operations Engineering Graduate Programme. You will join a structured development path with rotation options, on-site work in Glasgow, and sponsorship by the Engineering Leadership team.

The programme provides core training, practical engineering experience on existing and new products, and a pathway to fast-track your professional growth within Thales. Applicants should have a STEM degree and be on track to graduate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject (as listed) or equivalent.
• On-track to achieve a bachelor’s degree in STEM by start date.
• All applicable technical degrees will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 3-year Graduate Development Programme accredited by the IET, IMechE and RAeS.
• Rotate in Year 3 or explore external secondments with Thales partners.
• Develop transversal skills through a core training pathway.
