Job summary

Thales in Glasgow invites applications for a 2027 Software Engineering Graduate. This is a 3-year programme with rotational opportunities across UK business units, designed to build engineers who can design and develop solutions for our customers.

You will be mentored by the Engineering Leadership team and follow a guided learning pathway. Successful candidates have completed a STEM degree and show potential to grow in software, electronics, and embedded systems disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject required.
• Exposure to software/embedded engineering is preferred.
• Interest in rotating across business units during the programme.

Responsibilities

• Engage in a 3-year graduate development programme accredited by IET, IMechE and RAeS.
• Rotate in Year 3 to gain exposure to different engineering lifecycles.
• Work on design and development tasks for new or existing products.
• Build professional networks across Thales and partner organisations.
