Job summary

University College School seeks a Development Operations Manager to lead data, systems and reporting across the Development Office, supporting alumni and donor engagement in line with UCS’s 200th anniversary campaign.

You will manage Raiser's Edge or ToucanTech, drive data quality and segmentation, and deliver insights. Collaboration with the Finance Team and Data Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a database, ideally Raiser's Edge or ToucanTech.
• Ability to create and implement data systems and procedures.
• Ability to manipulate and analyse large datasets and produce performance reports.
• Strong numeracy and understanding of data protection principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management, hygiene and quality improvements.
• Manage audience segmentation and insight provision.
• Oversee system management, recruitment research and reporting.
• Coordinate gift processing and data imports/exports, and produce analyses.
