Job summary

The British Academy is seeking a Development Operations Manager to join the Fellowship and Development directorate. The role focuses on managing our fundraising systems, data and insights to enable donors to be managed effectively and to support fundraising performance.

You will lead Salesforce and other fundraising platforms, champion data quality and reporting, and work with colleagues to improve processes and operational best practice. This is a pivotal role for our 125th Anniversary Campaign.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM management and donor stewardship.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience with fundraising systems and donor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead on Salesforce and fundraising systems, ensuring data quality and reporting.
• Provide insight to support donor relationships, stewardship, and fundraising performance.
