Yusen Logistics is seeking a Development HR Advisor to join the HR Business Support team at the Northampton GP2 site. You will report to the Head of HR Business Support, support HR Advisors, manage the HR Business Support inbox, and visit sites across Northamptonshire to drive business activities.

The role requires proactive, detail-oriented individuals with CIPD experience or working toward level 3, capable of handling ER matters and working flexibly with onsite attendance three days a week.

Responsabilités

• Manage HR Business Support Mailbox and escalate as required.
• Record and analyse employee relations and absence activity accurately.
• Provide supporting documentation to managers and employees per policy.
• Assist HR Advisor activities during restructures/changes.
• Take accurate meeting minutes and track actions for compliance.
• Foster relationships with managers, employees and TU colleagues.
• Offer independent advice to managers on people management matters.
• Support HR Advisors with projects, timelines and case management.
• Attend Employment Law updates/webinars/seminars.
• Complete required training and development programmes.
• Help managers understand Yusen procedures and HR best practices.
