Job summary

NRG Resourcing seeks a Lending Director to drive development finance origination in London and the South East. This is an end-to-end role; you will source opportunities, structure facilities, assess risk, and oversee deals from enquiry to redemption.

You will leverage your network of developers, brokers, and introducers to grow a high-quality portfolio while collaborating with Portfolio Managers and stakeholders to optimise performance. Field-based with strong earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Originate new development finance opportunities through your developer and introducer network.
• Structure lending facilities and assess suitability against lending criteria and risk appetite.
• Analyse development projects, borrowers, and security positions.
• Maintain ownership of transactions from initial enquiry through to redemption.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify risks proactively.
• Conduct site visits and assess construction progress where required.
• Build long-term relationships with developers, investors, and brokers.
• Contribute to the continued growth of the lending portfolio and wider business.
