Job summary

NRG Resourcing Limited is recruiting for a Relationship Manager in development finance. The role is based in London with hybrid working, including 2 days in the London office, and involves end-to-end ownership of complex deals from credit analysis to completion.

You will lead credit analysis, structuring, and stakeholder management while collaborating with Lending, Portfolio and Risk teams. A strong background in development finance and banking is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit analysis and development finance.
• Background in mainstream banking or similar lending environment.
• Comfortable with deal sizes of £1m-£35m.
• London-based with Wednesday and Thursday office days preferred; open to remote working for strong candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own deals from credit analysis through to completion.
• Conduct credit analysis and viability assessments.
• Draft and present credit papers.
• Restructure deals as needed.
• Coordinate KYC, AML and regulatory checks.
• Work closely with Lending, Portfolio and Risk teams.
• Maintain high service standards with brokers and clients.
