Qualifications

• Existing broker network within the London market.
• Strong understanding of bridging and development finance.
• Comfortable representing a well-funded, relationship-led lender.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a network of broker and introducer relationships across London.
• Generate new development and bridging finance business opportunities.
• Represent the business within the broker and wider property finance market.
• Work with credit and underwriting teams to progress opportunities efficiently.
• Maintain a strong understanding of lending criteria and proposition.
• Contribute to the growth strategy as the business scales.
