Job summary

Fram Search is partnering with an established lender to appoint a Lending Director focused on development finance across the UK. The role is field-based, with significant autonomy and regular interaction with developers to understand funding needs and structure lending solutions.

Office attendance is expected about 1–2 days per week, and you will work closely with credit and underwriting teams to move transactions toward completion.

• Established network of property developers.
• Strong understanding of development lending.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate new development finance lending opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers across the UK.
• Collaborate with credit and underwriting to progress transactions.
• Conduct field visits and meetings; office presence 1–2 days weekly.
