Job summary
Mller Milk & Ingredients is recruiting a Shift Lead within our Despatch operation at Droitwich. You will lead frontline teams to deliver safety, service, and performance targets while developing capability and driving continuous improvement across the operation.

Qualifications
- Experience in a Despatch/Logistics or Transport environment.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-moving operational setting.
- Strong coaching, communication and people development skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead frontline teams to deliver safety, service, quality and performance targets.
- Coach team members to solve problems and improve performance.
- Manage performance reviews, development plans and employee relations matters.
- Drive a culture of Operational Excellence and continuous improvement across the operation.
- Use problem-solving tools and PDCA methodology to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with other functions to improve overall business performance.
- Identify improvement opportunities and lead initiatives that deliver measurable results.
- Promote high standards of health, safety and compliance across the operation.
