Job summary
Müller Milk & Ingredients is seeking a proactive Shift Lead for the Despatch operation in Droitwich. You will guide frontline teams to meet safety, service, quality and performance targets while developing capability and driving continuous improvement across the operation.

Qualifications
- Experience in Despatch/Logistics or similar fast-moving environment.
- Past leadership or supervisory experience in ops settings.
- Strong coaching and people development skills.

- Ability to influence, engage and motivate others.
