Hunter Douglas is seeking a proactive and organised Despatch Administrator to join our team at the Glaisdale site. This fast-paced role ensures customer orders are invoiced, processed, and dispatched accurately and on time, working closely with internal teams, suppliers and drivers.

You will maintain records, produce reports, handle queries, and support the Despatch Administration Supervisor while helping drive continuous improvement and adherence to health and safety policies.

Competenze

• Previous experience in an administrative or office based role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience of analysing information and producing reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• The ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• SAP experience (desirable but not essential).
• A collaborative team focused approach with a positive attitude.

At Hunter Douglas, we are looking for a proactive and organised Despatch Administrator to join our team at our Glaisdale site. This is a fast paced and varied role where you will play a key part in ensuring customer orders are processed, invoiced, and dispatched accurately and on time.

Working closely with internal departments, external suppliers, and delivery drivers, you will help maintain the smooth day to day operation of our distribution network. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, has excellent attention to detail, and thrives in an environment where meeting deadlines and delivering great service are essential.

Key Responsibilities
