Vertex IT Solutions Limited in Beith, Ayrshire, Scotland seeks an experienced Desktop Support Engineer for a 2-month assignment, onsite five days a week. The role involves supporting and troubleshooting end-user IT issues, with a daily rate of £200 via umbrella company.

You will handle Windows 10/11, MS 365, Exchange administration, OneDrive and Teams, with device builds and day-to-day support, plus some networking knowledge. Driving to site is required.

• Experience providing desktop IT support and troubleshooting end-user issues.
• Ability to drive to Beith Ayrshire site and work onsite for duration.
• Proactive ticket management and documentation throughout ticket lifecycle.

• Conduct thorough post-resolution follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

Our client based in Beith Ayrshire Scotland is looking for an experience Desktop Support Engineer for 2 month's to start with to help out to support and troubleshoot all end user IT issues.

This will be 5 days onsite.

£200 a day Via an Umbrella Company.

The site is a bit remote and would require someone who can drive to site.

We would require someone with good desktop knowledge,

Device builds and day to day support with a little bit of networking knowledge they would have access to our team in the head office for support.

Provide support for a range of applications, including Windows 10/11, MS365, administration level in Exchange, OneDrive, Teams etc.
