You will handle Windows 10/11, MS 365, Exchange administration, OneDrive and Teams, with device builds and day-to-day support, plus some networking knowledge. Driving to site is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience providing desktop IT support and troubleshooting end-user issues.
• Ability to drive to Beith Ayrshire site and work onsite for duration.
• Proactive ticket management and documentation throughout ticket lifecycle.

• Provide expert-level technical support to end-users, both remotely and in person.
• Take ownership of the ticket queue, ensuring timely resolution of complex incoming requests.
• Prioritise and schedule advanced technical issues, with the ability to elevate when necessary.
• Maintain thorough documentation throughout the problem-solving process, from initial request to resolution.
• Utilise advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems effectively.
• Conduct thorough post-resolution follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
