Job summary

Actus Search is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst for our London technology team. You will support 500+ users in a Windows environment, handling on-site and remote work, and respond quickly to incidents with a focus on automation and efficiency.

You'll work with Level 2/3 teams and external vendors, following ITSM processes, and participate in weekend on-call rotations. A strong customer service mindset and prior desktop experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support 500+ users in a Windows environment on-site and remotely.
• Fix issues quickly and communicate effectively.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.
• Work with Level 2/3 teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues.
• Monitor alerts and resolve degraded or unavailable services before users are affected.
• Follow ITSM runbooks and incident management processes.
• Provide 24x5 support with weekend on-call on a rota.
• Contribute to longer-term infrastructure improvements.
