• Experience in a New Business role within a fast-moving B2B environment.
• Proven track record of delivering against targets.
• Strong active listening and influencing skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Research and prospect potential new business to maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Handle a mix of inbound leads and self-generated opportunities.
• Build strong commercial relationships to understand client needs.
• Develop profitable proposals to win new business at margin.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Depots, Credit Control) to onboard customers.
• Manage activity in Salesforce to track pipeline and conversions.
